4-7 September 2019 – EAA Annual Meeting in Bern (Switzerland)

The call for contributions for the 25th EAA Annual Meeting in Bern is now open until 14 February 2019, 23:59 CET.
Proposing an oral or poster contribution can only be done via the online submission form. One person may submit max. two contributions as the first author. In order to prepare your submission, you can search through accepted sessions. Please note that in some cases formal requirements (e.g. payment of EAA membership and/or Annual Meeting registration) have not yet been met by the session (co)organisers, so these sessions are not as yet open for contribution submission – please check later for the availability of the session. The list of accepted sessions is updated regularly; the final list of accepted sessions will be announced on 1 February 2019.

Your contribution abstract must have between 150 and 300 words and you will need to indicate the format (paper / poster / discussion) of your contribution. By submitting the abstract, you become the first (presenting and corresponding) author of your contribution, but you can add up to 9 co-authors. Upon submitting, you will still be able to review or change your abstract before the 14 February deadline.
The session organiser will contact you before 14 March to discuss acceptance of your contribution and the practical details regarding the inclusion of your contribution in the session. Final decision about your proposal acceptance / rejection will be announced before 26 March by email and/or at www.e-a-a.org/eaa2019/scientificprogramme.

Please note that all presenting authors must pay their 2019 EAA membership fee and registration fee by 24 April 2019. For the registration to the Annual Meeting and payment of both fees in one transaction please go to https://www.e-a-a.org/EAA2019/Registration.

EAA is very pleased to be able to inform members that, due to generous donations from the OMF and the local organisers in Bern, there will once again be the possibility to apply for travel grants to attend the Annual Meeting in Bern. All application details and selection criteria will be made available on the EAA website on Tuesday 8th January 2019.
